Homecoming!

After a series of flights we landed in Los Angeles!!! Yippee!!! It was super fun to be back in the states for a few days. We were met at the airport by friends and family and whisked away for 5 glorious days of eating. Well, we actually were also excited about being able to unload our bags of souvenirs, do laundry not in a sink by hand, take real showers and things like that too. It was wonderful that both Brent and Chris could take some time off and come to LA as well to visit us. We spent time with our dear friend, Shannonie, which was so fun! After a trip to Joshua Tree, another to Mi Piace (the best italian restaurant) and then another to the beach, we were almost ready to depart. Oh, but not before Shan and my mom stuffed us full of chocolate chip cookies, peppermint brownies, a late traditional Reeg family Easter breakfast and all sort of other treats. Before we knew it, it was time to set off on another adventure! But we'll be back before we know it.
