The Centro Cultural of Queretaro has been a really neat place to visit and study. The Center is an architectural beauty, a circular two story cement building with a central fountain. The "salons" or rooms are located around the ring. Included are an adult and children's library as well as adult and children computer room.
The adult computer room, or "Red Central de Informatica" has 350 computers, all with access to the internet. There are even stations to hook up laptops, which is where I am writing from right now. By paying only 50 pesos anually you have access to the internet, MS Office, and various other kinds of technology.

Besides the studying areas are art galleries and a science exhibit. The science exhibit has interactive children's areas and fun activities. Outside the children's library is a playground.
This has been one of my favorite places to visit because in order to get to it you have to pass around or through the park of Alameda Hidalgo, a lush green park with benches, fountains, and lots of shade (I will soon give a full description in my journal). Additionally both the computer area and library are quiet and peaceful areas.
