22.28 – Things went nice and slow today. I got up, did the usual shite and then said goodbye to the Kiwi bull and all the people on board. Yet again, I feel like I have too much time on my hands as I will be staying here for another few days. For the best part of the morning I was reading, writing and just relaxing in the sun. After a lovely dinner cooked by my hosts, I sat down to watch the TV. I tried to write some more for my book but it wasn’t happening so I spent most of the afternoon watching films. At about 16.00 some people turned up asking about rooms and after they were shown around, they decided to stay. So at least I had a bit of company. They had their skydiving videos on them so we watched them and although it looks scary, I still want to do it! These people had also been hunting in Rangitukia, the next step on the Kiwi experience and they had a rabbit they were cooking for tea. Later on in the day, I went kayaking again and I watched a beautiful sunset right out on the ocean. Afterwards, I jumped into the hot tub which was warmer than yesterday I am pleased to say. We stayed in there for a while taking photos and messing around etc. We came back to the house for our rabbit which was quite nice and then we watched the TV yet again. This time it was Mission: Impossible. I then went to bed reading the Green Mile before going to sleep.
