One place that I could have never Imagined myself going...Stonehenge! I've seen it in pictures and on TV but never fathomed the thought of actually seeing it in person. After a 2 hour bus ride as we pulled around a turn in the road, I could see the rocks in the distance and it actually hit me that I was there. I'm not sure what I expected but either way it was a spectacular sight. I think many people think that it is a lot bigger than it is when in reality its probably only a circle of 10-15 yards in diameter. Walking around the site we received the same type of recorded tour guide that we got while visiting the Roman Baths. Listening to the tour and the history of these stones while actually looking at them...was unbelievable. We spent about 45 minutes walking around them (you aren't allowed to go near them or touch them), but even though we were only there for a short period of time, it was just absolutely mind blowing!!! I tried to take as many pictures as possible so that I could portray the amazingness of this place, they probably won't do it much justice...but I tried.
