Snowing in Dusseldorf

Next it's off to Dusseldorf to visit a friend...  The temperature while we were there was absolutely freezing with temps getting down to -6*C!!!

The highlight of the tour was I tried Snowboarding for the first time - and when I say I tried I mean that I spent most of my time on my ass in the snow!  We went to a Ski Hall in Dusseldorf where the temperature inside the hall was about -7*C but when you are moving all the time you don't really feel it - except for the fact that I wasn't really moving all that much!  The following day my arm muscles were aching from trying to puch myself up from the snow, I had bruises all over me and a knee injury - what a great night!  It was alot of fun and I would definately do it again!

Spent the next couple of days seeing the sights of Dusseldorf and we attempted to get down to take some photos of the famous bridge but the snow was getting heavier and the car started sliding, it was quite scary so we soon turned back and went home.
