Surfing and Shoppng...well shopping at least!

Arrived late in the evening but impressed with the efficiency of the airport, we managed to get our visa, get through customs, collect our bags, change our money and get a cab all within 30 mins!!

On our first night we went for a wonder round the local area, we weren't quite ready for the continuous harassment from the local stall owners and cab drivers who always seem to want to drive you somewhere.

The beach we think was nice...we couldn't really see it for all the beachsellers!

I had to warn off one stall owner as Vicki nearly smacked him - both tired from travelling etc a guy standing on her heel every couple of steps wasn't going down well!!

The beach we think was nice...we couldn't really see it for all the beachsellers (Goa was nothing in comparison!) A quick retreat to the hotel pool before braving the masses again later in the afternoon.Bali is cheap and there is plenty to buy here..we should know we have bought plenty of it!!

In preparation for Robs arrival tomorrow (Yay!!) we have today been scouting around the area for new accomodation, we hav decided that we will be staying in an area called Sanur, East of Kuta.
