Today I met my goal of two years.

I have to remember that the kezboard is different here in Croatia and my z's and y's will be mixed up.  Also you might notice that the apostophre is missing.  Keep in mind that I learned how to type with proper the fingers about thirty or so years ago and you cannot teach a bald dog new tricks.

Ok, after finding important things today, like church and cemetery, (internet cafe and where to find coffee.  We wandered by the four star restaurant, the Leut Restaurant (http://www.kroatien-ferien.com/english/staedteverzeichnis/cavtat/cavtat_res_01.htm)   that our relatives own and met my cousin Mladenka, pronounced "mlah dinka" with emphasis on the first syllable.

She cried and cried.  She is about five feet tall and we all look alike, her mom and I!  We had a great lunch with her and she had done the family tree back to the 1700s and gave it to me.  She showed us the house she was born in and will be taking us all over Cavtat.  She even insisted that we bring our laundry to her while here!  She will have her daughter-in-law, Marina, who works as a guide,  take us to Dubrovnik.  She will also take us to the world famous Medjugorje (http://www.medjugorje.org/)

where the Blessed Mother appeared about ten years ago and is known around the world.  She will go to Dubrovnik (http://www.dubrovnik-online.com/english/english.php) with us as well.  She will go to the cemetery with me and point out the family graves.  She is wonderful and calls me her darling Denise.  She expresses a desire to meet our every need!!

That is all for now.  Missing my family a lot.
