Sunday afternoon we walked to an H&M to do some shopping. After that we took the subway to Lower Manhattan. We had some gyros and I bought a hat.
While walking through the Lower East Side Scott and I spotted some kids break-dancing in a typical inner-city basketball court. The dancers were fully loaded with an old-school boom-box and flashy neon clothing. We walked around a bit more checking out the old buildings and interesting little parks scattered around the city.

After a bit we made our way down to the Soho district. Crowded streets, loud shops, and antique buildings were the mainstays of the area. We popped into a crazy Japanese clothing store with four stories worth of bumpin' techno and cheap clothing. I bought three shirts. Later we got some burritos and walked through dusk passing beautiful squares and medleys of people.
The day was so long we had some sushi near by and walked up and down the streets afterwards. The city never really settled down, but seemed to carry the liveliness throughout the night. After a while we went back to the hotel to sleep away the city.
