Hi every one I'm in one of the most amazing places I have ever been, it is a little village called Hampi and it is surrounded by a huge ancient city full of temples and palaces that were abandoned hundreds of years ago after being ransacked by a army of muslims.
Iv met a lovely couple from sheffield (John & Charlotte) and we have spent the last 3 days walking around all the temples and there are about 50, my feet are full of blisters and my legs are like lead but I'm loving it. we got up at 5am this morning and climbed a great big hill with a temple at the top so we could watch the sun rise it was amazing but we had to get of sooner than we hoped as we kept getting mugged by monkeys (little b#*#*#ds).

The Accommodation here is very basic as it is in the middle of nowhere but the family we are staying with are very friendly. I was in bed last night (just falling asleep) when something landed on my leg I screamed like a girl and started to thrash around like a mad man (I thought it was a Snake or a Rat) anyway after siting in the dark and shaking for about ten minuets I turned on the light and found I was sharing my bed with the biggest Cockroach I have ever seen in my life.
anyway I have to go see you all soon.
