We decided to spend a week in Sydney as there was plenty to see, we really enjoyed our time in Sydney it's a great city. Originally we were going to spend a couple of nights at Manly Beach but the weather was poor so we decided to stay in the city. It rained everyday (hence not many daytime photos) and had rained for 15 consecutive days, the most rainy days for years.

The rain didn't put us off and we managed to see pretty much everything we wanted to see, which included, The Opera House, Harbour bridge, Chinatown, Paddington, Glebe, Luna Park, The Rocks, Darling Harbour, Manly and Bondi Beaches, Watsons Bay (known for the best fish & chips) and every market (gail).

We certainly did plenty of walking over the week and also did a few indoor things like the largest IMAX cinema to watch whales & dolphins, Sydney Museum and the Museum of Contemporary Art.
