We left Shaldon and drove to Powderham Castle, it was closed for a private function, but we went and had a look anyway.  Then we drove to Beaulieu.  This is a manor house that has a Motor Museum and Abbey.  It was a long drive but Beaulieu was great.  I bought a little metal spitfire plane.  We looked all through the museum at the cars.  We also walked through the house.  It was a pretty long drive so by the time we finished here we stopped for an early dinner (I didn't have scampi!) and then drove back to West Sussex via Stonehenge (Wiltshire).  It was a long day in the car.......
