Well well.. my first adventure since I lost my Danish buddy took place on the greek island of Mykanos.  I wish I could say I had a terrible time on mykanos cause it was so damn expensive but Ireally can't lie I had such a good time!!  Basically Mykonos is the gay and incredibly posh island with all the best clubs in the world!  But hey you only live once right so we decided we had to see how all the stuck up italians live!!

Well it all started in Athens on my last night when I ran into a guy I met from the Pink Palace... He was a White Kenyan (that's right a white african) named Goerge who also just so happened to be headed to Mykonos on the same Ferry I was taking!

So we woke up the next day and headed down to the port after of course eating a few 1 euro 40 cent Gyros... (Oh so good) and hopped on our ferry to Mykanos!  THe ferry left a little late though and we didn't actually get out of the port until closer to 4pm which was alright expect that was a 6 hourish ferry and we had NO accomidation booked!! which left us getting into Mykonos at around 10ish and no where to go! Oh well we figure life's an adventure lets live it!!!  But upon boarding the ferry we realised how inexperrience we actually were,  everyone was pumping up there inflatable air mattresses and bed so that they could just lay on those and relax.  SO Goerge and I pulled out our backpacks and lounged on those haha!  Anyways we finally got onto the island and got off the ferry to find that much to our luck al the hostels and campsites on the island were aticipating people to have not booked accomidation and were standing out front of the port with their signs convincing us to sleep in theirs beds.  FInally we came across a campsite one and this was Georges exact question to the girl with the sign, "So... do you guys have lockers for our bags?" The girl replied yeah of course! so George says... "Alright so were just going to lock our bags up and then start drinking and then wherever we pass out in the campsite thats where we're sleeping... cool with you?"  The girl thought it was absolutly hilarious and agreed that it was totally cool!  SO thats just what we did we ending up meeting a couple Norwiegans 3 canadians and a couple guys from Iraq and we all had exactly the same plan so we were instant friends!  The night was hilarious but what was even more funny is where George and and I woke up haha!  We ended up passing out right in front of a Greek Families Tent on the mat they had laid out in front of their tent to put there shoes and other things haha!!! We woke up to the dad trying to step over our sorry hungover behinds try to get out of his tent!!!  He was pretty chill though and we came to  mutual agreement, I think, that it was cool even though he didn't speak a word of english haha!

Our next day was much much more prductive though  we ended up heading to town just to see what this place had to offer and wow was it ever beautiful!!  All the buildings are built the same (white and square) and all crammed together into little villages! So cool!!  After that se decided tyo get some lunch which turned out to be a couple sandwiches and a pop which cost us 15 freaking euro!!! which is about 25 canandian!!! ridiclous!!! no more eating for us haha!!  So we headed back to the campsite to meet up with our friends and start the antics for yet another night!!  Tonight we had massive plans though we were headed to the Cavo Paradiso which is the number one after club in the entire world!!  The biggest Dj's play there everynight!!  But there was no way in hell we could afford to drink in there, as just the cover to get INSIDE is 35 euro if you go after 2 am!!! so we had to pre drink ourselves silly hahah!! which is when things got a little messy!!! Our norwiegian friends remember that they had bought a nice bottle of Green 85% Absinthe the night before and goerge and I each picked up  liter of vodka for us and the Iraqis!  Well we polished all this off and we headed to the Cavo.. and this place did definately not dissapoint!!  I can honestly say this is one of the first time I've really enjoy euro house music it was insane!!!  The club was like a massive paradise...  it had a bar that was there ONLY for dancing on, A swimming pool right smack in the middle you could dive right into (clothed or not) and three seperate levels to dance on!!!  Plus not to mention it's outdoor and was built right on a cliff overlooking the beautiful sea!!  So we all dancing until about 4am when I started to fall aslepp so I figured hey! no way I'm going home I'll buy a can of redbull! 10 FREAKING EURO!!!! for a RED BULL!!! oh man this place is crazy hahaha!! but it keep me going until I could watch the sunrise for the poolside of the number one after-club in the world!!! which was so so freaking amazing!!!  The sunrises on the islands are absolutly breath-taking... I have a couple great pictures to show everbody!!  By the time I finally got out of there it was close to 8:00 am and the sun was fully up when I stumbled back to the campsite!  It was then that I realised that I had no bed to sleep in haha and I had to try and fall asleep in the direct sunlight!! Thats wasn't happening so it was an all-nighter pretty much for Adam as we had to catch our Ferry to Ios at about 2:00 in the afternoon!!! So we got some breakfast packed up our stuff and headed down to the port to end our time in Mykonos!

All in all I'd have to say Mykonos was absolutly insane but far far far too expensive for my blood!! I can imagine if you were extremely wealthy and could afford to party on this beautiful island and take in everything it had to offer that it would be by far one of the best islands in Greece... but at the end of the day it just wasn't my bag baby!!!!

Lots of love from Greece
