Travelling Day
A FALSE DAWN !!
Plan? Months of preparation (including the plan to head north to avoid wind into face factor... months of gruelling training.... confirm van and space for equipment... leave early and off to a 5 star luxury spa in sunny Cornwall to acclimatise and get ready for the first days cycling.
11am - we finally set off having missed the TROLLEY!! email.

Reality.... 5 people (Ally, Dominic, Adrian, Findlay and Zia), 3 bikes and equipment in Allys' Robin Reliant and drive for 10 hours to a youth hostel in Penzance in the YMCA** (young mens cycling amateurs) - not quite the ritz!
** - a close link to the cd's that Ally provided for entertainment in the car!!
Internal Joke only - Fish ! Chips ! Mushy Peas ! Dom, Move yer chair ! Doll, they toilets are pewer lovely !
