Staying near the toilet

From my exciting trip around the world in Cordoba, Argentina on May 01 '07

Not even any photos from Cordoba, as Alex was taken ill with some Cordoba belly, spent the whole time in bed really so that she didn´t have far to rush.

I went out and wandered around the city centre, bought a replacement charger for the MP3 player after about 2500km without music.  And I ate way too much Argentinian junk food; super panchos and lomitos are find once in a while, but every meal for 2 days is probably a bit much.  For descriptions see below:

2 minutes later a crispy thing pops out

Pancho:  Based on a waffle machine with grooves cut the size of a hot dog BUN.  Filled with batter mixture, with a hot dog frankfurter dropped into the mixture just before the lid is shut.  2 minutes later out pops a crispy thing with a frankfurter in the middle.

Lomitos: How McDonalds should be.  An ordinary burger, but the ground beef meat is replaced by thinly sliced bits of steak.  Nice.  Except if you always order the Lomito MAX, with accomanying cheese, egg, ham and mayonaise for 3 meals in a row.
