Some much promised photos that we wanted to share.  This is the end of week 2 in our new house.  We feel that we can finally relax and just enjoy everyday life with no big plans (particularly of moving!!) for the next wee while.  We have been on the go since last April and we were quite tired.

This house feels just right, and we have settled in like we have always have been here.  We'ver had visits from neighbours with muffins and more importantly wine....There are twin girls right next door the same age as Megan and they happen to be the Aunty and Uncle of one of Luca's best friends at school.  Ben and Anna, who we see a lot of live, within walking distance with their 3 gorgeous daughters.  So at least we know some people and we are slowly exploring the paths and walks nearby.

I have started on the garden which needed a bit of TLC before the winter months and I had a great time chopping things back and getting the veggie patch weed-free.

I still find myself looking out of the windows and not quite believing that this house is ours.  Everything has fallen nicely into place.  Now we just need some overseas visitors!!!  Feeling a bit more homesick for people who know me without having to start from scratch.  I know it will come in time, but you have to actually make an effort and sometimes I just want to be my worst grumpy self and for somebody to laugh at me or ignore me.
