Just a quickie..

After an all nighter chatting to some cute American girls...seems to be a few on our travels...Owen and I got back at about 6:30 ready to leave for Colonia, Uruguay...but we fell asleep...anyway after much banter about American Vs British supremacy/stupidity in American terms..(that bit was for Emilia..our BA tour guide/Owen´s close friend..erhem), we got the hydrofoil to Colonia. Emilia was treating us to a night in a nice hotel for owens services..So after not finding any cabs we managed to get one to The Sheraton...sadly some idiot name Bush decided to visit and bring his 10 strong fan club and book it out....rubbish especially as i was aiming to add to my list of prestigious golf club appearances! So we checked into the Radisson...itll do.. Then sat by a gorgeous OC eske pool which disappeared to reveal a view of the sea shimmering with silver into the horizon. Lovely time away from the bustle of BA. Keep getting stung by the US$ vs U$ prices. Met up with some locals and drank matte watching the sun descend into a smouldering glow perfectly behind an island on the horizon...sadly know pictures so I guess it was the best sunset any of you never saw!!

After the delights of hot showers found a pricey but great little restaurant called El Drugstore and then went to the casino carrying a drunken yank..sadly the casino did not suit our budget and was sadly about 5 times the price of UK ones!

We head back to BA today nd hopefully catch a tango show and Boca game before going to Mendoza and then the beginning of the long hike North.
