Puebla, Mexico is a place of quiet beautify and exciting people. Every person I met was a happy and kind person. They were always in the mood for drinking and celebrating.

This town has the influence of Spanish architecture, European flair and unique native customs. I just loved this city. It was not too big or too small for my taste.

Puebla, the town just for you.

Puebla City Center is full of people and shops. There are plenty of museums to feed your historical intellectual side, from the French invasion and Mexico victory on Cinco de Mayo to the artifacts of the native Nahuatl people.

Beautiful Cathedral in the city center of Puebla. It is grand and very very old!

The famous Mole was created in this town, using chocolate as the basis for this delicious dessert. But my favorite is Cemitas. It is made using hard bread with shredded cheese, chile and sometimes meat. I am a vegetarian, so I prefer just the cheese and avocados. I can not get enough of Puebla and would love to go back, someday.
