La Comida (Food)

We ate some great food in Mexico.  The first night there we had tamales--chicken, beef, pork, sweet (my favorite); there were at least 100 which were finished off in 2 days. We had  "atole", which is a drink made from corn.  It was delicioso.  Other food we ate at the house was pozole (chicken and hominy-very yummy), los tacos, las empanadas, (cheese and ham on fried tortillas), los moyetes (bread with beans and cheese), hot dogs :) for the Americans, and everybody's favorite---cajeta on toast.

One day we went to the "world's greatest tacos", which was an open-air restaurant where they cooked the taco meats right out on the sidewalk.  It took us an hour to get there through crazy rush hour traffic.  This place was no Taco Bell.  These tacos were exotic.  We eat them on small soft tortillas and passed around plates of meat.  Here's a list of the tacos that were ordered:  cabeza (cow head meat), pigs feet, pork, ojos (cow eyeballs), tripe (cow stomach), lengua (cow tongue), brains (only Moises ate this and he only eat half-too much cholesterol).  Despite my best intentions to try everything, there were just some tacos I thought I would wait on...can you guess which ones I didn't eat?
