Løveparken

I was kind of excited about seeing a zoo.  Especially when I heard that it was a safari type where you can drive your car through the park.  And Jacob and Heidi's son was real excited.  However, it was a very hot day.

We pulled up to the entrance, and all I could see was a huge line of cars.  Now I had in my mind what kind of day this would be.  Hot, and a lot of people in their cars taking their sweet time riding through the park.

Once into the park, we found a place to park the car.  Got out and walked around to see some elephants and flamingos.  We found the place to get on the bus so we could get a guided tour.  Once again...learn as much Danish as possible because not all Danes speak english.  And thank god for Jacob (my personal translator)

This is where the non-excitment begins.  The bus tour began.  I had no idea what was being said.  I just watched a bunch of people look to the left, then to the right.  I was wondering what they were looking at because I didn't see a thing.  I kept thinking to myself...wow, all the animals must be on a lunch break.  Come to find out, thanks to Jacob, all the animals get sedated then hide in the shade behind the bushes and trees.  So, now I am thinking to myself...how long is this tour going to take?  I was ready for it to end so we could get back on the road because I was craving another fransk hot dog and a waffle is.

We got back into the car.  I deleted all my pictures, because all I got was empty scenery.  Then found the nearest hot dog stand, and is hus.
