In order to save money me and Pavey decided to split from the rest of the group who were off to Stuart Island. Sadly this involved me and Pave getting a bus at 6.30pm. The bus should have taken us to Kingston where we had to wait a day for another bus. However, luckily the bus was empty and the driver agreed to drive another couple of hours to Queenstown for us!

Tim and Chris's 3 DAYS OF FUN!

the flaws of backtracking. We truely start to ruin a liver.

We have already been to Queenstown before, and I'm sure I've written a previous blog for it. It meant we were backtracking and I didn't like that much, it felt odd. There was a weird sense of nostalgia. (Regardless of the fact that we'd onl;y been away 2 nights). However, we had to find something to do. I would like to point out here that although everyone seems to think from reading this blog that we have been drinking continuously, they are wrong. When I say a few drinks thats pretty much what I mean. However the 2 nights that followed in Queenstown were hugely drunken. We opted to buy a cheap bottle of vodka to drink before the nights out and because of that I'm not sure what I can say about them (except, one night involved Pavey doing Kareoke and slagging off the spice girls through the mic). In the daytime we soaked up the sun as the weather was amazing!

So far in this blog I haven't mentioned people that we've met all that much. The reason for this is that no one will know who I am on about. But the next 3 people are an important part of the story; Karena, Donna and Daneille. They are by far the heaviest female drinkers I have ever met, thats not being sexist, its just true, they have been out 14 nights in a row and from what I've heard via the wonderful world of facebook, they're still going. We met them on a night out, went out with them the next night and then they offered to give us a lift to Duneden the day after, saving us from a 7am bus. So we got a lift with them. They were nice, the full on R'n'B music was great also(!?). When we got to Duneden we booked into the same hostel as them. We would meet the other boys the day after. But that surely should be told in a blog called 'Duneden'.
