Disney Day 2

Luckily for us, the parks opened later today. We got to sleep in a bit, packed up everything into the car, ate breakfast, and drove our cute little disney-perfect convertible bug to Disneyland. Hoped on the Lion King tram and we were back at the parks! Again we tried to Midway Mania, and again we were shattered by the line. So we hit the other rides we loved so much, took the Monorail to lunch in Downtown Disney, and finally made it onto Midway Mania during the parade with only a 30 minute wait. Well worth the wait! Once we'd had our fill of all the rides we could handle, we headed back to the little car, very exhausted, and headed home.

But first we had to stop at home depot to get a few pieces for Neka's sink so that she could hook up her portable dishwasher without spraying her entire kitchen. (a job I did with my pooh ears on). And then we stopped at a diner for some "real" food (as opposed to the churros, popcorn, ice cream, chocolate covered rice krispy treats, and candy we'd consumed all weekend).

After returning to Neka's pad, I fixed the sink, packed up, and curled up with her kitties for a short sleep before my early rise for my all day flight to Florida.
