Welcome to Japan!

Traditionally, new ALTs have welcome parties with the English teachers they would be working with right after they arrive.  For some reason or another, we couldn't get it together until January.  Oh well, better late than never.

After the party I met up with Duncan, Ippei, Kumi and Nobu for a night out in Oita.  Duncan and I usually catch the 3:30 train home and get back to Tsukumi after 4...and home probably around 4:30 ish.  Don't miss that train!  The next one is at 6:20....and don't forget to get off at Tsukumi or else you will end up in Miyazaki.  haha  (haven't done that yet.  knock on wood!!!)

No fish dinner!
