We woke up to find the cold weather upon us once again. We continued driving to our next destination, to visit the most touristy place in the U.S.....Mt.Rushmore.

The heads were there staring us in the face, as were the old people that were the only other tourists among us. It was kinda of neat to see, but I doubt it had the same effect on us as it does on patriotic people. After our cold stop, we drove the windy roads of the black hills, and seen the "needle". It was pretty cool, all the rock formations, and they looked great as we drove by and looked out our windows.

After we visited our second to last stop, we headed straight for the badlands, so I could get one more sight seeing stop in before we headed staright for "the red". We drove throurgh the bad lands and the views were incredible. It was super cold and windy, but that didn't stop us to get a few pictures before we left.

The rest of the nights drive was met with snow storms and very windy weather.
