On Wednesday, we took the bus into Trondheim. We visited the Nidaros Dom (cathedral), then continued walking through the city and eventually stopped for a snack. The person who took our order turned out to be from Iraq; he was SO excited to meet us, as we were the first Americans he had met in Trondheim. He gave us free mocha smoothies, free ice cream, and extra french fries, and had his picture taken with us.
Rolf, Inger Lise's son, picked us up and took us to Inger Lise and Henning's for some dinner, after which we joined Ottar and Lars for a Rosenborg soccer game. Rosenborg won handily against Kazakhstan, 7-1.

Food of the Day: Inger Lise made deviled eggs with caviar; roll ups with grav laks (cured raw salmon) and caviar; puff pastries with chanterelle mushrooms, and fresh red currants with sugar and cream for dessert.
