My French class met up at la Place de Pigalle (which is an area known for its, um, sex shops), and we climbed the hill to the Sacre-Coeur.  The hill is beautiful, and the church itself is just the icing on the cake.  The view from the church is FANTASTIC--you can see le Centre Pompidou and the tippy-tip-top of the Eiffel Tower as well.  It was a little hazy this morning, but a great view anyway.

We also saw le Moulin Rouge (though it didn't look as awesome as I thought it would--I was picturing it from the movie, I guess--and that little restaurant Erin recommended to me, la Maison Rose.  The whole area is gorgeous, and apparently the real estate is extremely expensive; which I don't doubt.

Anyway, I have more pictures than I have anything to say, so enjoy my pictures!!
