With my new Sony friend, I found my way out of Munich and down to Neuschwanstein (albeit via a dirt road for about 5k after the motorway was shut).

This is the castle that Disney based the Snow White castle on and of course it's also the one out of chitty chitty bang bang.

After hiking looking around there for a while, heade out of Germany and into Austria.

Found a really nice hotel in Innsbruck (free interenet access at the bar!! spend money on beer instead of web cafe is always good).

Well Saturday, I decided that with having 3 summers in a row I was going to miss out on snowboarding for a while, so I went out to Stubai Glacier and went snowboarding for the afternoon. All the Austrian there thought I was crazy. If only they knew that a metre of natural cover was a dream in Australia. Add to that that no-one was there and it turned out brilliant.

Had a scenic drive back to the motel and then crashed with a nice case of sunburn. Worth it though.

My Dear Chris:) If you don't know the spelling than don't be lazy and check it up. So others can check on the net (bec u don't put pictures there)what u see. The Snow White castle name is not "Neuschanstien" the correct spelling is: "Neuschwanstein":) Have fun.
