Paris is such a nice city to visit. There is a ton of stuff to do; museums, sights and culture. The city has kept its same architecture and style from its beginnings and it s cool when everything has years of history behind it. The first night we walked around Rue Clare and then by the Eiffel Tower. After dinner we went on a river boat ride on the Seine. The next day we took the red bus tour around town and got to see all the main sites and decide where we wanted to go. We went to the Arc de Triumphe and walked around the main street. We then headed up to the Sacre Cure church on the highest point in Paris and walked around the Monte Marte area which is considered the artist colony. The next day was clear so we went to the top of the Eiffel Tower, its super high and u can see everywhere from there. We then headed over to the Louvre and walked around the outside cause its not open on Tuesdays and then went to see the Notre Dame and spent a good chunk of time wandering through there and sitting in a park for a little while. Our last day in Paris we went to the Rodin museum and then we had lunch in a park before we walked through the catacombs. The catacombs are vast underground tunnels where all the graves around Paris were emptied to create more space. The tunnels are full of bones that make a wall a couple of feet high and regarded as sacred. We spent our last night eating at a restaurant on Rue Clar before leaving the following morning for Normandy. France is definitely different, but its neat to see other styles. The crepes with nutella are delicious and we have one almost every day. We did a lot of walking and were exhausted by the end of the day, but we took a lot of breaks as well. We didn’t go to a lot of museums but I will be back there in the fall and have plenty of time to enjoy them at my own pace. Paris is an exciting place and most of the people were polite.

is every kiss here a french kiss?
