From Two Weeks in Southeast Asia! in Krabi, Thailand on Mar 31 '07
This morning I finally left Siem Reap, which after 5 days began to feel like home a little bit. After getting to Bangkok, I went to find a flight to Phuket - I had tried researching this online but the internet in Siem Reap is sooo slow. Finding a flight last minute really isn't a problem and apparently Air Asia is a cheap way to go as I found out. It's like SouthWest Airlines in the US where you don't get assigned seats but it's cheap.
I got a seat no problem and even found out that there was a flight to Krabi and I hopped aboard.
I really can't tell where I am since it was dark once I arrived. But I could see little mountains along the coast as we were landing. I can't wait to explore it all.
I can't get a longtail boat til the morning so I'm hanging out, drinking a beer and writing this journal. Tough life :)
