Arequipa

I heard so many great things about Arequipa, so I had to go there. And it is true, Arequipa is worth a trip. A beautiful old town right in front of Volcanoes - just pretty :-)

Nearby is the Colca Canyon and I planned to visit it as well, but sometimes things don´t work out like they are suppose to!! Well, at the end I stayed in Arequipa for a day and a night. I met two French guys and we had a blast - we spoke in Spanish to each other (all three not good with it ;-), but they couldn´t speak English or German and my French from School times is pretty much not there anymore.

Since I couldn´t get to the Canyons (for some reason I couldn´t get a short tour and the longer ones were too long for me) and so I decided to travel to Bolivia now!
