Arrived in Hobart on December 31, just in time for the New Year's Eve fireworks display. For the next several months, my parents' home in Sandy Bay will be my base. Hobart is very scenic, and offers terrific views of Mt. Wellington and the River Derwent seemingly wherever you roam.
