So I managed to get off work a little bit early and as i was already on the wong side of london and had to travel through the city i thought i might aswell have a mooch around.

Bad idea! I nearly got rampled on as i came out of bond street station and walking up Oxford street got me really worked up! tourists (as much as we love you) walk very very very slowly. i walked into a woman who had stoped dead in the middle of the pavement to read her a-z YOUR ON OXFORD STREET WOMAN ITS NOT THAT EASY TO GET LOST!!! anyway i managed to fight the crowds to get to Primark. except it was more crowded in there than on the street! i found one thing i liked but then i saw the fitting room que so thought ahh ill get it and take it back if it doesnt fit. then i saw the till que and i put it down and ran out of the shop. HELL

I wasnt lost i just couldnt find the place

i decided to get the bus down as my feet were killing at this point. best bus driver ever! he was so friendly and yelled out where the next stop was and such. he was mega! anyway the bus went the wrong way so i got off down Regents street and walked back through Caraby street and eventualy got back onto oxford street. By now my tummy was going into overdrive saying feedddddd meeee so i thought hmm where can i eat on my own and not feel silly? Wagamama!! i thought i knew where one was in deep dark soho so i walked there and got lost! well i wasnt lost i just couldnt find the place. i went through Berwick street market and down the seedy bit of soho i never used to like. sex shops all over the place with big scary bouncers giving me evils. i gave evils right back :-) it has to be done!. kept walking and went past china town. this made me more hungry and eventualy i found my way to leicter square and arrived at wagamama for a very yummy meal.

by the time i got back on the tube it was rush hour and i had to stand all the way home. so in conclusion London might be my home but wow am i glad i dont actualy work in the centre of it!
