Wet Wet Wet

Well i've been to Niagara falls many times over the past 9 years. Too many to count! In fact i've visited them in all seasons.  The 1st time i saw them i though wow they are noisy and when i saw them i thought no wonder it's a wonder of the World! It's a nice wee place.  Although up the side streets it is like Blackpool!  Lots of amusements, wax museums, shows etc- though no donkey eeeee awww!

I've been over to the Amercian side too which not as impressive, there's also sod all to do over in Yankland. All i could see was a Hard Rock cafe and there is oen of them in the Canadian side!

I cannot imagine how anyone would want to go over the falls! It s bloody terrifying when you get up close and soaks you like nothing else! The spray is very powerful.  Chelle and i took the walk behind the falls which was something else- we got totally drenched like drownt rats we were!   Also have been on the famous "Maid of The Mist" boat many times. It takes you up close to the Falls. Once again you get soaked but very enjoyable. 

The best view of the Falls i reckon is from the Skylon tower. It's notll that high compared to some towers but you get a craking arieal view of both the Horseshoe and Rainbow Falls.

Oh a visit to the Casino is a must to.  I used to get the Chinatown cheapo bus from Toronto which drops you off right at the Casino door!  Its not a patch on the Vegas Casinos but still worth a wee flutter!

If you're a chocoholic like me then you will be won't be able to miss the big Hershey Bar!   However don't be fooled like me. The Canadian choccie is minging like teh Usa, Kiwis and Aussies! I've discovered they put an ingredient in them to stop them melting so much in the summer- totally wastes it!  The peppermint balls is what i lived on in Canada!
