\161Hola queridos estudiantes y amigos!

We spent a very peacefull day here in Cuernavaca. Sarah is feeling better and we are on our way to an internet cafe so that Sarah can IM her friends (we hope!) We hope all is well with all of you. School is going very well for both of us. We are working out our technical kinks slowly but surely.

We are planning a trip into Mexico City this coming weekend. As I mentioned before, the 15th of September is the Mexican Day of Independence when they celebrate their independence from Spain. We have next Monday off from school. We hope to see a big independence day parade in Mexico City. Here Mexico City is called 'la capital' or 'El Distrito Federal' (Federal District, like we call Washington D.C. the District of Columbia.) It is a bit confusing because it is in the state of Mexico which is in the country of Mexico.

I hope to send you pictures of the Basilica of the Virgen Guadelupe and of the red, white and green decorations for the holiday. That's all for now mis amigos.

Adios
