On our way to the first dive spot we had a pod of dolphins swimming on the bow of the boat for over twenty minutes, just swimming back and forth, jumpings and playing in the boat's bow waves. Then we got to our first dive spot at the Pixie Garden on Ribbon Reef #10 and it was really cool, I saw a boxfish, some triggerfish, lots of cool soft and hard corals, clownfish, barracuda, and some sea cucumbers. The second dive was at Lighthouse Bommie also on Ribbon Reef #10, which was a large flat hill shape bommie next to a tall pinnacle that went from 60ft upto 15ft at the top. I saw three different sea snakes about 3-4 feet long during the dive, two at the beginning just swimming on the bottom and one in the middle of the dive swimming to the surface for air. I also saw more clownfish, a pipefish, a green turtle, schools of yellow lined snapper, angelfish, clams, a spadefish, and a green turtle. The third dive was The Cod Hole, which is a famous site known for the friendly almost too friendly Potato Cod. They would swim up bump into you and try to get in all you pictures. I saw lots of giant potato cod, a school of trumpetfish, two white tip reef sharks, some red sea bass, large blue starfish, humpheaded parrotfish, titan triggerfish, and at the end of the dive a massive cod almost four feet long. The fourth dive was a night dive again at The Cod Hole, but it was totally a different dive. At night many of the fish that were out during the day are sleeping or have made mucus sacks to sleep in and lots of other creatures are out feeding. The Potato Cod would follow your light around looking for an easy meal. I saw that massive potato cod out feeding, small sea worms swimming in the water, lionfish, a slipper lobster, a small anenome floating in the water looking for a place to attach to the bottom, and lots of shrimp and other crustation that have red little eyes that light up with the flashlight. The food all day was amazing and I had to stop myself from eating too much, so I could do the next dive. All the food was freshly made and ready to eat as soon as we got out of the water. This trip will be Eat, Dive, Eat, Dive, Eat, Dive, Eat, Dive, Eat, Sleep, and repeat.
