It started with sunny sky turned into overcast, then drizzled on and off all day. We started early today, shortly after 7 AM, joined another tour buss with many tourists from downtown hotels. There were two guides on the bus, a gentleman who speaks no English and our new, Maria who told us that we are only two non-Spanish speaking couple. Throughout the excursion, she spent extra time with us to explain essential points in English.

It was sunny when we went through fairly flat land and valley with rocky mountain but it became cloudy and cold by the time we reached the lake side. We had a nice lunch at Los Amigos around 1:30 PM. The restaurant was full of tourists but served very nice fresh local fishes.

After lunch we visited Parque Nacional Los Arrayanas. We took a boat from Villa La Angustura to Puerto Quitruihue. The main part of tourist attraction is at the tip of peninsula and one hence can walk but takes nearly 3 hours to get to the tip.
