Flew from Uberlandia to Florianopolis, which is a beach resort in the south of Brasil on an island.  The weather is great, it is sunny but not too roasting hot (at least nothing a dip in the ocean won´t cure).  The beaches are beautiful and full of beautiful bodies.  I eat at a pay per kilo restuarant every day- it is like a buffet but I actually get my moneys worth because you pay by the weight of your plates- usually around 400 grams/meal for me I think. 

Mostly I am just laying on the beach drinking coconuts and beers.  I tried surfing and actually stood up on the board on my first try- it was a great time.  The next day my butt was sunburnt and my back and arms were so sore.  I wanted to go again but it was too windy- maybe tomorrow.

The plan is to go sandboarding and take a boat around a tour of the whole island.  Somehow it is difficult to get anything done here though....
