The trip began with a flight to Singapore. We spent two days there being shown the sights by our friend Emily the botanical gardens, Chinatown, a very nice bird park and more. Most importantly Emily showed us how to use the subway system very cheap, very efficient and very clean. We had a bit of a wander around the waterfront area, full of new buildings. We visited Little India for Indian food and had Chinese food in Chinatown, before moving on to the biggest Chinatown of them all Beijing.
