A day on the main roads today, headed into Prague for our lunch a big bowl of pasta, then steak and chips. I did not think Joe was going to make it today he has been suffering quite a bit recently but to give him credit he put his ipod in and we cycled well today just a short one 53 miles to give our legs a break tomorrow we face mountians.

Great to hear that you are doing so well despite the hard grind. Mum and I have only just worked out how to comment / reply. You seem to have by passed Prague or did you see any of the city? mum got back from the Isle of wight today - absolutely knackered but I'm sure that doesn't compare with how you both feel. Are you inventing new vocabulary to express how you feel? Love Mum and dad
