Barcelona

We all board the bus and head forwards to Barcelona. The trip was long indeed so when we arrive at the borders we were happy to know we were not too far off from Spain.

We arrive at hotel named ‘Catalonia Atenas’

As we approach the area where our hotel is situated, we notice the buildings in this area are really run down. We arrive at hotel named ‘Catalonia Atenas’

It is not bad hotel and our room has a view of the main street 'Avenue Meridiana'

We head upstairs and a few of the travellers are headed to the Spanish dinner and show. We drop our bags off and go for a walk about town. Found a nice cafe and decided on having chicken and steak at a café across from the hotel. Here we watched the work crowd coming home as people scurried home.

After dinner we head out for stroll through some of the streets then bump into Gemma who is looking for the Laundromat. We attempt to help her but failed miserably as all the streets signs are faded so we abort mission and head back to the hotel.

We head up to the 10^th floor to check out the roof top pool. From here we can see the entire city. It’s beaut. We take plenty of pictures and enjoy the scenery before it was time to resort back to the hotel.
