Wow !  What a campground!  Expensive too ($55 per night) so you'd expect all the bells and whistles!

The recreation room had a few lounge suites and a fire place and a pool table.  Very modern and clean!

The bathrooms and laundry were pretty good too... The water pressure was terrific and piping hot!

Went for dinner at Susie's Bar and Grill.  A bit of a bikers bar but food was good and it was walking distance.

Yeah yeah... rub it in !

The boys headed off to buy a DVD player while I caught up with the washing and vaccuming.  Washed the sheets and cleaned out the fridge.. and felt normal again.. (Clearly I keep forgetting I'm on holiday!)

Around lunch time an RV service guy came over to install the new DVD player and sort out the snowy TV. It's all a thing of beauty again!

When he left, we all hopped on a bus (can you believe this.. public transport.. eeek !!!) and explored town.  We did a spot of shopping. .bought a Xmas tree with optic fibre and some decorations.  Bought all the Xmas card gumpf and was in complete AWE over the decorations to buy.  The yanks sure know how to decorate.. perhaps this is what the bezillion storage sheds are for !!!!

HOw odd is this ! They're everywhere. Not drive throughs.. but pull ups.. you order and they bring it out.. talk about the lazy nation!

I'll wait until January when the sales are on and then hit the stores with passion for some unique decorations to bring home!

We had a fantastic meal at a place called Romano's Maccaroni Grill.  It was huge and packed!  We actually had to wait 5-10 minutes to be seated (unheard of in Perth)!  We had a great meal, the best we've all had so far! The New Zealand wine was a bit spesh too.. Played tic tac toe while we waited for our meal.. Got flogged by Greggy .. (he had to take a pic of the score.. refer pics)

I can't believe how many times they turned the tables over at this place.  Mark my words folks.. this will be our Grove Grill in 12 months ! :)

There were a few waitresses that doubled as opera singers so we heard 'Happy Birthday' a few times in style! Quite odd but after a few wines, hell, I could've sung the next one!

Caught a cab back to the RV after dinner and played a board game..

Denver is pretty, would have preferred to spend a little more time there but Kansas is calling.. and then Chicago, Illinois (which is where I'm really looking forward to going.. ) so.. it's another travel day tomorrow !
