A two and half hour flight from Dublin brings you to Malaga. We flew with Ryanair and got the flights for very cheap. We then grabbed a taxi to Marbella which is 45 minutes away but not cheap at around €75-80 for the convenience. There is a bus service from the airport that brings you close enough to Puerto Banus for alot cheaper.

Marbella is famous for its wealth and that is seen in adbundance. It's like a mini-vegas in my opinion. Marbella has got the port filled with expensive yachts along with expensive cars & shops, bars & clubs and of course the beach. We were eager to get as much sun as possible over the next 4 days and thats exactly what we did.

Mingling with the rich folk in Marbella..

Ocean Club on Saturday was amazing. Sitting by the pool, shades on, beautiful people, drinking cold bottles of rose and listening to funky house music. Brilliant!

The coach goes directly from Malaga airport to Marbella bus station for just under 5 euros per person one way. You pay the driver at Malaga airport. The journey is just under 45 minutes. From Marbella bus station Puerto Banus is less than 10 minutes by taxi. There is a casino nearby and in the summer Puerto Banus has a canopy of tents in the square, a market selling trinkets and treasures from all over Spain and Africa.
