Mid-Week 2 in Montana

SO . . . halfway into week 2!

My big project last week was reading a 132-page bill that just went through the U.S. House of Representatives and was just placed on the calendar in the U.S. Senate. It deals with the reauthorization of Amtrak and rail transportation in the U.S. in general. I wrote the synopsis and the highlights.
