0700 ride 3 miles to Atsumi for yoga

0830 meditation
0900 layout in sun
0930 take herbs, psyillium bulk laxitive drink
1030 colema procedure with organic coffee and 15liters of water

1100 ride to Nai Harn beach, stop at internet cafe to provide you with entertainment and me with a diary.
1500 2nd colema procedure with vitamin c 15liters
1600 Muay Thai training (90minutes)+: 10 minutes jump rope, stretching, shadow boxing and pad work, drink 1 liter of water..supress vomitting action
1730 Rush back to bungelow to shower and drink pysillium shake

1755 Ride 3 miles to atsumi for thaihatsu massage (or thai, oil, foot, or head and shoulder)
1800 Said massage
1900 Yoga and meditation
2030 Ride back to Rawai Muay Thai, read for 1 minute, pass out

Regardless of what the weather says; if it rains/thuderstorms it is for 15 minutes. It is usually sunny with passing coulds..so far 90 deg for a high and 75 for the low...the rain is warm and the ocean water is 80+, clear down to 20foot plus!
