Alcazaba

From Capileria we headed out to the coast to make our way back to Malaga, we definitely preferred the mountain area to the coast. The coast was packed with package holiday apartments and villages, a mar on the nice landscape.
After arriving in Malaga we had a look at the Alcazaba, we timed it perfectly as it was free entry for the day. Rose loved the Alcazaba; Marc wasn’t quite so interesting and rested in a garden while Rose ran round it. All the fountains and the water flowing through it made it feel much more like a garden than a palace and fortress. We had a decent sized climb back up to the car before hading out to the airport where our flight home was delayed by 5 hours, not fun!
