Back to the old stomping ground

It had been 5 years since I attended Copenhagen Business School. I was really excited to go back and visit the old area I called home for 5 months. And really one on the reasons I was so interested in doing the trip.
Copenhagen was nice, but I really felt like Michael couldn't know half of it's charm. He couldn't experience christmas Beer which is when "santa" brings a Christmas brew to all the good girls and boys the first weekend in December. He couldn't experience a hotdog vendor on a cold Danish day or riding your bike verywhere instead of taking a car, or snaps lunchs, and all the other little things you experience when you live in a place and really get to know it.

It was coming here that made the trip feel complete, yet at the same time like we only experienced 1% of what the world had to offer. Sure we we've been around the world, but there is so much more to see and to know and to find. I guess we'll have to do it all a gain some day.
As for the city itself, I loved living there, and I thought being a tourist was ok. But don't pass it up if you have the chance to go. The Danish culture is worth learning about even if it is only for a few days.
