It was a Refresh Day today.

Refresh Day is a day which there are no lectures, organised events, workshops at all so that you can do whatever you want. Therefore I was not supposed to work. However, myself and two of my colleagues had a meeting in the morning with a guest speaker, and we had to work on preparing for a lecture on 'the reality of the Palestinian refugees'.

Beautiful sunset...

Fortunately we were still able to enjoy our second refresh day, it was also a day we were passing the Suez Canal. It took a good few hours to pass the canal, and announcements were made from time to time about what we could see from the ship, what we have just passed by etc.

Around 6pm, our ship finally passed a famous big bridge over the canal... entering to the Mediterranean Sea!
