Well we might as well get all the bad stuff out of the way now!
From Well this is potentially the most randon trip ever planned out! It has absolutly zero plan to in Middelfart, Denmark on May 15 '07
Well hello to everyone from Middelfart Denmark! The flights all went really well and quickly but it was the unfortunate series of events which follow that have already turned this trip into an adventure. Alright so we landed in Copenhaggen and We couldn't have been more stoked/nervous! As we walk up to the passport check and Adam is already pooping my pants because he doesn't have a work visa and without it he can't stay any longer than 90 days... even though his ticket is for one year! Anyways he walks up and is shaking like crazy! Well the passport guy takes his passport stamps it and hands it back to him. Finished... like that, all that stress for nothing!!! So we walk onwards to get our bags and let me tell you the airports here are SO much easier... no confusion cause there's only one way to go haha. Anyways we waited for about an hour in the terminal before we realised that our bags are not coming. So we checked it out with airport info... Apparently the guys in Seatle never even put our bags on the plane to Denmark. So here we are with no extra clothes toiletries or anything! Adam was walking around in like 10 degree weather in the pourning rain with shorts on haha! So needless to say were slightly uncomfortable but thankfully Ras's family has been super awesome and welcoming! So after our bag mishap we figured we might as well just take the train ride to middelfart and worry about our bags the next day. So we walk over to the train ticket booth and Ras get his tickets no problem. But Adam is a completely different story all together! Apparently I dont have my PIN number because it got declined 3 times for invalid pin.Good thing I had some extra euros other wise I would have been screwed haha! Alright well we took a train to the main station and this place is amazing, it looks like something right out of Harry Potter. All made of brick with red steel holding it up and pigeons flying around inside the station! it's so awesome. Well after waiting for an hour or so for our train we finally get on hoping we finally have it all figured out. But no about 2 stops into the 2 hour train ride a couple of the windows in one of the carts got completely smashed and we were delayed an hour or so while they put something over them. But we finally got here and it's BEAUTIFUL even with the rain. All the grass is so green and the houses are all brick with red roofs it's so cool! Love Adam and Ras
