Arriving into Vegas after a whirlwind sightseeing day in NYC, I felt an overwhelming sense of calm! I know! Vegas can be a crazy, exciting place full of adventures and go go go but my first night there really made me relax!

Poor Stelle had to wait for her luggage (THANK YOU AA!) for 10 hours from 4pm onwards in the hotel room but once that was sorted out we could enjoy a fab night eating and wandering around our lovely hotel, Paris Las Vegas!!! This beautiful hotel situated mid-strip and recogniseable by its very own eiffel tower is a sight to be seen and is also connected to Ballys next door for even more fun and shopping! The food was lovely - esp at Mon ami Gabi - the beautiful restaurant that also features al fresco dining overlooking the Bellagio Fountains across the road!

The Forum-aahh... Victorias's Secret among other treats offered plenty of entertainment for us. Well, it did until we visited the shopping outlets! oh dear - damage was done and we had a blast! This was a great week to relax, take our time enjoying being in the middle of nowhere as well as at the same time being amongst all the craziness of Vegas!

I took this lovely 6 day break as a fab opportunity to see the other hotels Id missed out on when I was Vegas back in 2004. I also visited the MGM Grand  Lion Habitat (sooo adorable and actually quite massive!), ate in the fantastic Aladdin Hotel buffet restaurant (YUMMMMMOOO) and shopped like crazy in the Forum. After wandering around New York New York, Excalibur, Luxor and the Monte Carlo casinos I was well and truly  aware of my surroundings and what opportunities this place had for me - FUN FUN FUN - CRAZY TIMES!!! Ill be back for sure!
