We woke up in Copenhagen, and had a day to explore. Ok, really we had about 6 hours to explore before our next train left for Norway. Actually, after storing baggage, and everything, it was a lot closer to 5 hrs. But we headed out to see as much as possible. Oh, and we didn't have much money, just enough for food, since we had to change money from Euros to Danish Kroner, but we didn't want to change too much, becuase it was the only place we could use that kind of Kroner (Norway has its own Kroner...different but similar).

We started out, planning to follow a walking tour of Copenhagen. It was supposed to take 3 hrs, but I think that's if you're a speed walker and don't stop to look at anything. We got part way to the farthest point, right in the middle of the shopping district...so we went shopping. Bridgette found some terrific shoes. Then we had lunch, and it was pretty much time to head back. We stopped and spent our last few Kroners on food for the train and got back just in time to catch our train out towards Sweden.

We had 4 trains to take tonight. First to Malmo, then to....I don't remember, and I'm not sure you care, but eventually, we got to G____something. We were suppose to have about an hour, but it turned into a really long time, becuase an electrical wire was down, forcing the trains to share one track...going in  both directions, so it was really slow. We were getting really worried as our train was pushed back farther and farther and we needed to make our overnight connection into Oslo. Finally, around 11:00, we finally caught our train which inched it's way towards our connection point. They held the Oslo train for us, and we did get onto it. We had seats this time, and were quite ready to fall into them by the time we got onboard.

I guess Copenhagen kinda fades into the rest of the trip when you have only 5 - 6 hours to explore the whole place.
