· Today was a pretty cruisy day, after a good sleep we moved on and stopped at Kilmartin for the morning. Around the township lay some of Scotland’s oldest ancient artifacts dating 300 BC – late 1700’s. We drove on to check out one of the world’s largest natural peat bogs (for those of you with a mind like Kev’s, eg Tim, Stevie, Mark, Scottie, a bog is a swamp/wetland). After a little more touring around, we headed into Ford, stopped for a quick bite for lunch then headed on to our work destination of Highland Heathers. We were shown our accommodation for the next 2 weeks, organized the paper work and had a cruisy afternoon together watching TV in our caravan. We turned in for an early night knowing that we would need it for our first day of work in nearly 7 weeks!!!
